Nice apartment with a wonderful view of the sunset on the sea and mountains.

great location a couple of minutes walk to the sea. has its own closed parking. apartments, 2 levels. there are two small bathrooms. It's a pity that there is no stationary air conditioner, there is only a mobile air conditioner, but it is enough for only one room. In June 25th it was hot on the second level, we closed the curtains during the day and it helped. on the first level in the living room it was cool, well ventilated. We really liked that in the evening you could have dinner right on the terrace overlooking the sea. Also in the area there are many restaurants and cafes. The owner of the apartment was always in touch, a good guy. in general, there are many necessary things in the apartments: a good kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer. But there are moments that I will describe below

the refrigerator door was broken, but the refrigerator itself worked. The dishwasher did not work. There was no air conditioning. We washed our clothes once, but there was nothing to dry them on, it would be good to have a place to hang clothes after washing or the beach.

Beautiful apartment, clean, neat and tidy.

location is close to the beach. Nice apartment, clean towels, 2 bathrooms were clean. Kitchen and as equipped with all necessary utensils and basic daily use ingredients such as oil, salt, paper, were also available. TV was working, Balcony has amazing view of beach. Property manager was responding quickly to my massages on WhatsApp.

Great seaside apartment.

It was spacious. Great views of the sea and mountains. Secure parking. Close enough to everything but away from the noisy crowds. Host was very helpful. The airlines lost one of our bags, it was delivered to the property which had a concierge who accepted it for us & gave it to us when came back to the apartment later in the day.

Stairs and tiny lift, but it was manageable.

The location was great and the staff really welcoming and helpful.

The sheets and blankets didn't left the feeling they were freshly cleaned. The bathrooms were really small and old and not cleaned. We had a problem with rhe heating and we were freezing cold during the night.

Soggiorno piacevole, con una bella vista sul mare.

Appartamento situato a due passi dalla passeggiata, in una zona molto tranquilla, comodissimo per visitare Viareggio e Lido di Camaiore a piedi. Molto luminoso, i letti sono confortevoli, unico difetto forse i bagni un po' piccoli,ma erano puliti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'oste e la portinaia sono stati molto simpatici e gentili, hanno risposto ai nostre domande molto rapidamente.

Appartamento sporchissimo, il ragazzo che ha portato le chiavi maleducato e poco disponibile sapeva che arrivavo alle 11 e mi ha detto che appena finte le pulizie saremo potuti entrare ma ci ha fatto aspettare fino alle 15,30 con la scusa che la porta del frigorifero era rotta e non si poteva aggiustare, dei servizi che erano menzionati nelle informazioni non erano presenti o in parte ; c’era la lavastoviglie ma non funzionava, non c’era il forno , i fuochi del fornello solo due erano funzionanti, la lavatrice non so se funzionava ma poi non c’era lo stendino per asciugare la biancheria, nel bagno con la vasca lo scarico intasato non andava giù l’acqua ( il ragazzo mi aveva detto che mi portava l’idraulico liquido ma non me lo ha portato, non c’era condizionatore ma neanche le pale per avere un po’ di sollievo dal caldo in quanto i tendoni per il sole uno non si apriva e l’altro mezzo rotto, teli da bagno solo 2 e noi eravamo in tre , le chiavi in dotazione aprivano solo un cancello, la dicitura adatta anche a disabili con ascensori piccoli sicuramente non si potrebbe salire con una carrozzina, impianti elettrici con fili esterni sicuramente non a norma…. L’importo pagato di quasi 600€ non era adeguato perché l’appartamento ne valeva forse la metà… abbiamo patito caldo e siamo stati obbligati a cenare e pranzare fuori è stato un incubo

Bella la giraffa

La giraffa sulla palazzina accanto. Buona disponibilità di biancheria, asciugamani, coperte, tovaglie... tutto stropicciato però. Buona disposizione dei locali, mobili un pò..a caso.

La casa è adatta all' estate, non all'inverno perché poco coibentata e nonostante il riscaldamento attivo, c'erano correnti e spifferi fastidiosi. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Bagno 1 piano piccolo, piccolo. Cassetta acqua di scarico " ballerina" . Maniglia della porta d' ingresso dura da far scattare, porta con spifferi..Manca la manutenzione ordinaria.
