Rorot penthouse studio Kilimani home away

The studio is very well furnished and has everything you need be it for one night or for several days. As we had some work to do we spent quite some time in our temporary home. Wi-fi didn’t have the same speed all the time but was always sufficient to do video calls and such. We felt very secure on the compound and enjoyed the mostly quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was good and helpful, the self-check in/out gives you great flexibility. If you are not shy to walk about 600m you find great opportunities for coffee/food and shopping.

The bed’s size is sufficient for a couple, a single or a child and a parent. For two individual adults it may be it a bit too cozy.

Good location, safe and had everything we needed.

I had do pay with Mpesa, the local way of sending cash to someone. If you are not from Kenya, it is not a given that you have an Mpesa account. We also only got one towel for two people, for 3 nights. I asked for another one, but the owner was not able to provide it.

Cozy and small with everything one needs.

The bed was hard.

Host was very nice and location is good too. They provided the drinking water. When it got over, I simply asked to host and they send another water container.

Bed was not king size. If you are with partner them it is fine. But with friend, you have to adjust.
