Location is good with a restaurant and grocery just across the road.
The price was ok at 17usd per night. Full kitchen with utensils and microwave oven, gas stove, washing machine.
Creaking doors which had to be locked to keep them closed. Mosquitoes. No cable TV or netflix.

A shopping mall was across the road for food.
It was clean.
I was not happy.
TV is shared in a common area.
Wifi only available on common shared area and not avaliable in my room.
Shower water was barely warm
House keeper around until late making noise
Paying the bill was a problem
No extras like soap.
