The apartment was bright, very clean, and carefully prepared.

Didn't feel like a rental, the kitchen was practical, the bathroom was very clean, towels were fresh, WiFi worked without problems, and it was easy to explore during the day and come back to a quiet place at night.

The communication was terrible — the owner didn’t pick calls or reply on WhatsApp as she instructed .The caretaker details were wrong, and security couldn’t locate my room. I was first shown an occupied room before finding the right one. The bed was also very noisy. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience.
Cecilia when she came today in the morning, she was very friendly n apologetic. Her name is Cecilia n not Eliza. The shower and location of the property.. security down stairs they were good n willing to help.
