Servicing. Cleaning is done 2x a week. Studio is kept tight and clean. The estate is very community focus. I buy some food oocally and drop my clothes at the laundry. It is very safe with the 3/5 gateman. Bolt service are always accesible and very closed to Ngong Road. Corinna is great communicator when there was any issue
Not related to management power cut happens about twice a week. We would need a wifi powerbank for the router.

You have all the appliances, excluding washing machine. And all the furniture. Refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, hot shower, dispenser. Nice table and office chair. It was the main reason for me because of the remote job in IT. And the apartment is quite and not so hot inside.
The WiFi signal is poor sometimes. It would be great to add wardrobe. Also sometimes the water flow is weak.
