La posizione è perfetta, in una via tranquilla di Malasaña: quartiere molto animato la sera e molto comodo per il centro. Apertura porta e portone tramite link comoda per più persone. 2 bagni completi di doccia. Appartamento ristrutturato. Staff veloce.
Costoso rispetto a quanto offre. È al piano terra con la porta direttamente nel portone dello stabile. Le finestre affacciano sulla strada o cavedi (non si vede mai la luce naturale). La zona giorno è molto piccola e non sufficiente per far sedere o mangiare 5 persone. Segnale Wi-Fi non copre tutta la casa.
