It was comfortable. The size of the room. The patio area. Funny kitchen sign with the misspeeling phrase.
Small bed, bad mattress. After we arrive, I received a message from them: £6 per dog per day -we have 3 toy poodles-. If check in early, a fee must be paid. I have never had this situation before. Usually they say that the day I reserve the place. Then, if we arrive 2 or 3 hours aerly and the apartment is ready, great. The oven has the indicators erased, so you should guess how to used it.

The property is located in a quiet are and convenient for Warwick, Leamington and surrounding areas with local shops within walking distance. It's a really well maintained and roomy bungalow and beautifully presented.
Nothing I didn't like but I couldn't find dish towels or a hairdryer but I may have overlooked these.

Oven filthy especially oven tray, no microwave, clock not working, tiles in bathroom mouldy, loose toilet seat, tv remote not working, messy garden
