Phố Núi Tú Lệ Retreat onsen & spa

Bedrooms are a good size with great views over lush green rice fields and mountains. The bed was super comfortable. Each room has a balcony. Excellent AC. All new and clean. Great shower. The hotel has an elevator. Staff were fantastic. They did everything they could to help me.Including setting up the steam room etc when I was the only guest.The facilities were top quality. With showers, robes, lockers and towels for guest use. The pool and Sauna were cleaned thoroughly whilst I was there. The views from the onsens (outside) and sauna (huge glass windows) was spectacular. Sitting in an onsen under the stars was a highlight for me.They have a restaurant and outside bars with views. I saw some of the bigger rooms which had more than enough space for groups or large families.

The only thing I would say was that getting there and away isn't the easiest so it would be best to factor in for the price of taxis if you don't have a car. If you are a western tourist without access to pay by transfer, you will need cash. There is no atm in the town. This is the only reason for giving 9 instead of 10.

Hotel is really new. We had one of the cheaper rooms which was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our one night stop. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Premise looks really nice and you have a beautiful view over the rice paddies. They have a restaurant which vegan options. Room service was friendly and attentive. The young lady at the front desk spoke some english.

There are still parts that are under construction like the spa area, but there was no noise when we were there. Spa is not inclusive. Restaurant is above the rooms on the ground floor and you hear the chairs all the time, but it was quiet when we went to bed. The restaurant is very big and you can easily be forgotten.
