Well located…close to Kanazawa station and walking distance to many landmarks. Extremely comfortable and loved the sauna!!
Slightly steep stairs, but not a major issues.

We had 5 people, across two families. Heaps of room, great facilities, very clean. We made good use of the washing machine. A short walk from the train station, accommodation was quiet, and the area felt very safe. There is a convenience store about 50m away. If you do stay here, try the little ramen shop next door for an authentic experience (delicious food and lovely host).
It might be obvious, but there are internal stairs to navigate to reach the bedrooms. The middle floor does not have a toilet. So if stairs aren't a big issue for you, this place is great.
