Good value for money

Clean appartment, nice little touches like slide sandals, disposable toothbrushes and individually packed makeup removing wipes. Well-equipped kitchen including a rice cooker. We were there in February and the place was very well heated. Comfortable beds, though a little creaky. Nice soft sheets.

Small water heater meant hot water ran out very quickly in the shower. Even for one person there's barely enough unless you're very quick. Can't imagine what it would be like for a family.

Free parking outside the front door. Quiet location. Easy drive to Niagara Falls. Comfortable apartment. Allow pets.

Some appliances didn't work (toaster) and although it was clean, more thorough cleaning could be done (previous guests left over food in the oven).

A clean place to stay for a couple of nights

It was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It looked just like the picture. I would suggest adding some chairs and extra hooks in the bedrooms to make it easier to arrange clothes.

Since it is a basement, the apartment was quite cold and damp. Also, it seemed that some neighbors were smoking on the balcony, as the smell of cigarette smoke was always present when the windows were open.

The rooms were very convenient for two families. We stayed with a friend, and the setup gave us enough space with a nice separation that worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the restroom was convenient and easy to use. They also took care of our needs when the washing machine was broken by covering the cost of our laundry, which we really appreciated.

When we arrived unfortunately the unit smelled really bad. Cigarette and damp even though the windows were open in the two rooms. I know it’s probably not the owners fault but the people ahead of us. The washer wasn’t working sadly, we counted with it and we were not notified.

Bit disappointed. Good place but misleading listing

Place was clean and well kept.

It’s a basement suite. Pictures show a futon in the living room and the listing mentions 3 beds but there were only 2 beds and there is no sofa bed in the living room. Not fit for 3 adults who want to sleep separately.

The shower room floor is easily get wet when taking a bath…not the owners fault but the people who built the house. Gets so cold specially morning. maybe because it’s in a semi basement place.

idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek.

obiekt czysty, wygodny. My akurat mieliśmy mieszkanie w przyziemiu i trzeba było zejść schodami w dół. Dla nas to nie był problem, jednak osoby niepełnosprawne na wózku, mogłyby mieć problem. Komunikacja z personelem, bezproblemowa i szybka. Bardzo miła obsługa. Dziękujemy bardzo za miły pobyt. Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku. Parking pod wejściem do budynku, spokojna okolica. Do najbliższego sklepu ok 250m. Było cicho. Ogólnie nie było nic takiego, co mogłoby się nie podobać. W Apartamencie czekały na nas drobne przekąski, co było bardzo miłe. Dojazd samochodem na parkingu Niagara Falls zajmował ok 10min. Korków nie było ale byliśmy w październiku. Parkingi puste - cena za cały dzień postoju ok 35dolarów. Informacyjnie dla podróżnych z USA. Wjechaliśmy autem z USA do Kanady przez Rainbow Bridge. Bez kolejki ok g. 19:00 w dzień roboczy w październiku. Kontrola trwała ok 2min. Nie było żadnych opłat. Po prostu przejechaliśmy. ESTA z USA wystarczyła, nie potrzeba było żadnych innych pozwoleń ani formalności ale każdy powinien sprawdzić formalności dla swojego obywatelstwa.

Jedyny minus, który był to pralka, która była nieczynna. Akurat podróżowaliśmy po USA i KAnadzie i przydałoby nam się wyprać trochę ciuchów ale to tylko jedna drobna niedogodność
