About this house rental
Rejuvenate & relax while staying at a peaceful home with 2 private guest rooms facing a wooded ravine. Enjoy your own private & modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and towels. Enjoy the birds, trees & nature around! Queen bed is top of the line luxury. Double bed is lower to ground and on firmer side. Both comfortable and includes a water pillow, extra pillows, blankets & linens for a luxurious sleep. Only 12 minutes drive to actual Canadian Horseshoe Falls & tourist attractions. Quick highway access to Toronto airport & USA borders. Area is perfect to enjoy restaurants where the locals go, European bakeries, grocery stores, Starbuck's/Tim's, pharmacy, golfing, movie theatre, shopping - all within 1-2 min drive. 30 minutes to beautiful beach. As a local Tour Guide/Conceirge, able to offer a few suggestions upon arrival. Complimentary WIFI and parking. You'll love your stay!

Located in quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood. Comfortable 980 square feet upper floor space with plenty of light in safe neighbourhood. Very clean. Both guest rooms overlook wooded ravine. Beautiful, serene and peaceful with lots birds around. 5 steps up on left from main entrance you will immediately feel at home and relaxed from a day of travel.
My home is divided in 2 floors and this listing is for the Upper Floor and is for 2 private guest rooms with private 3 piece bathroom only not fully private upper floor. Shared spaces include living room, kitchen, hallway, entrance, driveway & patio.
Your Host sleeps in the lower level during your stay. Between floors there are 5 steps up to Upper Floor, and 6 steps down to lower with keyed lock. Guest rooms have keyed locks. Privacy curtain between floors is available for those interested in wanting to book a private upper floor. Reach out to enquire about pricing and availability.
Enjoy access to microwave, some fridge space, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, glassware, can opener, wine bottle opener, pannini press, hand blender, mugs, plates, bowls, wine glasses, silverware, paper towels, dish towels, napkins, plastic cups, hand soap and dish soap. No stove or cooking, no eating in guest rooms.

Some kitchen cabinets are for personal use only including bathroom closet. Please respect these private areas via this home sharing model.

* No Cooking or Stove Use - only kitchen prep and use of other kitchen appliances.
* Must be out of home no later than check out time of 10 a.m. to ensure additional time for 5-Star enhanced cleaning practises and scheduled cleaning staff.
* Quiet time between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
* Late check outs are $25/30 minutes.
* Lost guest room key is $45 each.
* Any soiled linens requiring dry cleaning are at expense of guest, as well any damage to home.
* Any oil leaks in driveway are the expense of guest.
Preference towards guests not working from home. If you are planning on working from home, clearly indicate such in your reservation request.
Complimentary 1 car parking available on site. Additional parking $10/day.

The house was very clean & comfortable as described, and our host was wonderfully welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. She listened to what our main interests were, then gave us great recommendations for a couple awesome restaurants & wineries (where the locals go) that were well discounted as compared to the hyped chains on the main drag, and also advised us of locations where we could park for a short walk but a big discount to visit both the falls area and the Shaw theater.We will certainly try to stay with this host again if we come back for more plays and sightseeing in the next few years. A great value for a wonderful stay.

I was there with my father (89) and it was great. Everything was perfect for us. We were close from everything (dowtown, Buffalo, Niagara on the Lake) and we loved it. I recommand this place.

Rooms were very airy and peaceful. Location is quiet and secluded. Angela the host is very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. A great experience overall!
