Olympic House Downtown w Hot Tub Fire pit & BBQ

Good location, comfortable beds, well stocked, as advertised,great a/c, a few snacks and water.

We tried to use the grill, but it needed to be cleaned. I did not notify the owner because we worked around it. Hot tub needs to be cleaned but we didn’t use it because it was so hot outside. I am sure they will handle it when it’s a more appropriate temperature outside.

Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for our family of 4.

The house was generally dirty (wet dishes in the cabinets, floors not cleaned (debris)). The bottom of the house is also a separate rental so the laundry room is shared between the two. There is a lock between the kitchen and the outside door which is shared between the two rentals. We weren't aware of this setup before we got there. The wifi was sporadic at best, which resulted in the Roku TV not being usable at times. The hot tub was dirty and broken - seat backs coming off and owners had clearly tried quick fix (large amounts of epoxy). We used it once then didn't feel comfortable the rest of the trip. The house itself is aging including holes to the backyard where the window AC unit is placed in one of the bedrooms. We did have a few bugs encounters (flies and large mosquitos) - I suspect because of these holes. You can see and hear into the backyard from the bedroom because of the damage. The house was not stocked, as advised - no laundry detergent.
