It was a cute place and very spacious! I love that it had a washer and dryer so that we could wash clothes. Especially having a baby, we needed it.
The parking is very tight. It also could have been a bit cleaner. The bedding and towels and such were clean but the floors were very dirty. My baby’s feet turned black when she walked around so I would up sweeping and mopping the floors.

The location is close to downtown. The arcade was a nice amenity. The beds were comfortable with A/C in all rooms. Reserved parking was also nice.
The unit is marketed as a stand alone but all the amenities (outdoor areas, arcade and grill) are shared. Not a big deal but this was not evident in the listing. The water pressure was quite variable which made showering interesting. We found wrappers, candy and an abandoned sock under the beds and furniture. The biggest issue was that the pullout was broken and there was just a crappy mattress under the couch. There are also very few electrical outlets in the rooms.
