清掃が行き届いており、とても綺麗でした。
宿泊前の質問の回答や忘れ物に対しての対応が迅速且つ丁寧で、安心してやり取りすることが出来ました。
3家族でお世話になりましたが、1部屋ずつ広々としており、とても快適に楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
ありがとうございました。
当日のチェックインの時に、手順にあった画面が出なかったり、上手くいかずオンラインで簡単に出来ませんでした。
1階のエアコンは取り付け位置の問題なのか、部屋が冷えるまでにとても時間がかかりました。
