We had a group of 10 traveling across asia and this place was absolutely perfect! It's an adorable house, that has plenty of room and great common areas. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and exactly what you need after a 30,000 step day in Tokyo navigating crowds and noise. The subway is a convenient 10min walk from the house and connects you easily into any part of Tokyo you want to go. There is a wonderful little shopping street just a few blocks away with restaurants and anything else you can think of. Finally, the customer service is amazing. They were extremely communicative and timely and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and were always available for advice when needed. They provided amazing recommendations on stuff to do with our kids and provided a pickup service from the train station. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be booking this place on our next trip to Tokyo.

My only suggestion would be that the management company consider offering a fee-based pick-up service from the airport itself. I would have paid handsomely for this service with my large group and I think it would be helpful for guests who are unfamiliar with navigating Tokyo's robust train system. While I think the provided instructions for doing so were clear and thorough, admittedly, even having been to Tokyo multiple times now - after a 10 hour flight, navigating the crowded transit system can feel very overwhelming at first - especially the Skyliner station at Narita airport. Does this affect my decision to stay with them again? Absolutely not. I will happily do it all again. This is just a suggestion as I think many first timers or exhausted travelers would gladly pay a fair price for this service if offered - especially as the house itself is already priced so fairly. Other than that - no notes, 10/10.

- 화장실 문이 고장나서 잠기지 않는다. - 화장실 앞 바닥이 물에 젖어서 마루나무가 썩은것 같다. (밟을때마다 움푹 파이는 느낌이 든다)
