Le balcon

L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre-ville. 3ème étage sans ascenseur néanmoins. L'appartement est clair et spacieux.

Quelques petits axes d'amélioration qui coûteraient très peu cher au propriétaire et amelioreraient grandement le confort du locataire qui ne vient généralement que quelques jours: mettre 3 serviettes de toilettes et non seulement 2 quand il est précisé qu'il y a 3 locataires. Faire en sorte que les distributeurs de shampoing et autre gel douche ne soient pas vides, mettre un peu plus qu'un seul rouleau de pq pour 3 locataires pendant 3 jours, mettre une éponge et 1 lave mains dans la cuisine mais surtout changer la literie qui est très mauvaise. Entre un matelas qui penche sur un côté et un autre dans lequel on se trouve complètement enfoncé. Il y a quelque chose à faire. Enfin quelques détails comme enlever la chaise cassée du salon, mettre des rideaux à chaque fenêtre et qui tiennent, remplacer l'ampoule manquante dans la cuisine. Tout un tas de petites choses pas graves (sauf les matelas) qui rendraient cet appartement quasi parfait.

Lovely little apartment in a good location

The apartment was lacking essential things like towels (we only had one for three of us) the others had been put out on the balcony to finishing drying but the weather was so bad they didn’t dry. The person was drying their sports clothes in the the tumble dryer when we arrived. There wasn’t any basic things like shower gel and a tiny bit of washing up liquid. The equipment in the kitchen for cooling was very limited. There isn’t a lift and the apartment was up 6 flights of stairs without a lift so not easy if you have lots of luggage. We were provided with no information regarding how to enter the property and had to ask the owner. Our arrival and departure wasn’t managed in the best way, being out under pressure to leave as another client was being shown the property at the same time we had arranged to leave. It’s such a shame because it could have been a great stay for us without all of these issues.
