The apartment is located in a gated community, with lots of restaurant options on site, a supermarket, two pools, walkable beach access, and a beach club. The apartment was very well maintained, had everything that we needed for a family stay. Definitely recommend and hope to be back again.
No cons that I can think of, we had a great stay.

Hermoso apartamento, el sofá súper cómodo y las sillas del comedor igual y muy lindas. Está muy completo tiene su mesa para comer afuera en el balcón con su vista hacia el mar y la piscina. Los utensilios y electrodomésticos súper completos, incluso tienen para niños platos y cubiertos. Tienen una máquina de Nespresso y nos obsequiaron 3 cápsulas de café para preparar. La verdad que excelente lugar para pasar unos días de descanso y confort. Aparte las amenidades de Blue Venao espectaculares como siempre. Definitivamente 10/10.
En esta ocasión en los alrededores de la piscina habían muchos mosquitos, lo cual fue extraño ya que anteriormente no me había pasado.
