The location was great the apartment was nice.

Check-in was very frustrating due to a serious mix-up with the apartment number. We were given the wrong unit and used the provided code to enter. About 30 minutes later, another family unlocked the door and walked in on us. It turned out they had been given the same apartment. When we contacted the property, they initially claimed we were mistaken, even though I had screenshots proving the apartment number they sent us. They eventually changed our assigned room, but the directions were never updated and still pointed to the original apartment. There is no front desk or staff on-site, so everything had to be handled by phone. Once we finally accessed the new apartment, we discovered another major issue: the physical keys provided do not lock the doors at all. The only way to lock the room is by using a door code—and the same code is used for every room. This is a serious safety and security concern. We attempted to call again to have this resolved, but received no response for the two days we kept trying to call. On a positive note, the location is good and the apartment itself is nice. However, the lack of security, poor communication, and disorganized check-in process really overshadow the experience. Breakfast was also very minimal, consisting only of sandwiches and a few cakes.
