Balcony, washer.
It was in poor repair. Bathroom plumbing panel hanging. We arrived. Bed comforter in washer & not dried. Clothes drying rack filled with dry sheets that weren’t put away. We had ants which they had to know about because there was ant spray. Furniture on balcony was old, holes in seats that could not be sat in. Dead ants. Bag of concrete with grass growing from it. What was called a two bathroom- for 2 bedrooms- was one 1/2 half bath/ toilet & sink & one with a full bath. Shower was crazy & sprayed all over the floor…………

Een top locatie met een prachtig dakterras. Ruim en luxe.
Een handleiding hoe het fornuis werkt had makkelijk geweest. Nu zelf op YouTube uitgevonden. Een tafel extra in het overdekte buitengedeelte zou het helemaal compleet maken.
