- clean with a lot of resources available (eg washing up liquid, cling film, chopping boards, shampoo, oregano, cooking oil etc etc) -very spacious bedroom with a sofa bed available as well in the kitchen/living area. The bedroom had a lot of space to put clothes as well as general storage space. Fantastic room for a couple for a week. We had no issues with spacing. -a fan + ceiling fans which were incredibly handy during the June 2026 heatwave (reached almost 40°C). Windows could be completely shut leaving the rooms pitch black which was handy for sleeping and keeping out heat. -Guiseppe was a wonderful host, he gave us maps of the local area as well as central Florence + nearby food locations and all bus routes that take you to the city centre. He gave us little snacks and a carton of water each which I think was really kind :) -stereo in the kitchen with loads of really good tunes, we blasted Metallica, pink Floyd and eurythmics. Wonderful touch to the apartment. -bathroom was clean and lots of towels were provided, colour coded so you can tell who's is who's. There was soap, shampoo/body wash (which we didn't use but I thought was a nice touch), plenty of cleaning products as well. -washing machine was incredibly helpful as well (disclaimer: the drying rack is nice but not big enough for multiple people) -huge supply of kitchen utensils, amazing if you like to cook. -plenty of fridge space as well as a freezer which had had ice cubes inside. -alright location, with accessible buses (15 minute bus ride from centre, or a half an hour walk which we did every night to explore the outer parts of the city). -we felt very safe in this location, nobody caused us any trouble.

La ubicación muy buena, con autobuses al lado de la casa para ir al centro. La calle muy tranquila, sin apenas tránsito de gente o coches. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena. La casa muy amplia, cómoda y limpia.

Tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocó unas obras del piso de arriba, pero solo se dieron el lunes por la mañana a las 7:30. Por el resto, todo perfecto.

Alt man trenger tilgjengelig. Veldig pent, rent og komfortabelt. Utrolig smakfullt innredet! Buss til byen i nærheten. Da vi var forsinket, ble det lang ventetid for verten. Likevel veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom.
