Maria met us and welcomed us. She was very friendly.

The host never responded to our question of how to operate the washing machine which I asked just two days into a week long trip. Also, if I plugged in the hairdryer with lights on in both rooms, it blew the circuit. This happened multiple times (not just with the hairdryer),

A wonderful apartment in the very center of the city, perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host clearly paid great attention to detail — we were welcomed with coffee, snacks, and cookies, which made us feel at home right away. Everything we could possibly need was available, including laundry capsules, cleaning supplies, adapters for devices, full kitchen equipment, heaters, and even a hair straightener. Thanks to this thoughtful and well-prepared apartment, our vacation in Florence was truly fantastic and unforgettable

We stayed in December, and it was cold, but the large warm blankets and heaters kept us very comfortable.

Estaba céntrico, limpio, decorado y equipado con todo lo necesario y mucho más. Calidad precio...depende.

Hacia frío, la instalación eléctrica no soportaba los dos aparatos funcionando y saltaba la luz. Para poner microondas o algun aparato habia que apagar la calefacción. El check in es a partir de las 3, cuando llegamos hacia frío, no pudo coger temperatura suficiente el apartamento y al dia siguiente estábamos resfriadas. Es un zulo, solo hay una ventana, en la cocina y en el baño huele a humedad, la habitación agobiante, la cama se movía muchísimo, los aparatos de calefacción poco potentes (no da tiempo a calentar el apartamento) la puerta del baño corre mal y si la dejas abierta el aparato de calefacción la sobrecalienta, la ducha mal rematada, el lavabo me llegaba por las rodillas...
