We booked two apartments at Limehome Milan for my best friend’s bridesmaids after a horse-riding activity outside the city, and it was the perfect place to continue our celebration 👰🏻‍♀️✨ The apartments were spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the digital concept without a traditional reception. The check-in and access process was smooth and stress-free 😌 We organized a small surprise celebration inside the apartment, and we really enjoyed our time there. The space felt stylish, practical, and ideal for a relaxed group stay 💃🏻💐 however, we noticed that party were not allowed so we just tried to keep the music enough for the room and our voices not too loud to disturb other guests 🤣 I would definitely come back and recommend it!

The AC inside the apartments were not working. It was quite warm inside so we kept the doors open to let the AC air from the corridor come inside. During the night we opened the windows but we were a bit sweating and felt very dry 😅

新しく、清潔で、広く、閑静な住宅街にあり、長期滞在にとても適していると思います！ 近くにスーパーや美味しいレストランもありました！ 大きな公園もあり、朝の散歩が気持ち良かったです！

地下鉄の駅までは徒歩20分ほど必要なくらいです。

New apartments in a new block a lot of them managed by the same company.. Very well equipped with all modern appliances. Stocked with all kitchen cutlery and dishware. Consumables like dishwashing tablets and washing tabs also supplied. vacuum, iron, etc all there. The location Is OK, nothing great. Train station is 9min walk and groceries similar distance. Couple of average food joints nearby, nothing great.

The biggest drawback is the lack of air conditioning and total absence of support on site incase you need help. There is no in person interaction with anyone at the location. Even the concierge has put up a board to say that he can't support with any queries regarding limehome. Mind it it's not one apartment but many managed by limehome in the same complex. The entire process of checkin and access is digital which in my view doesn't work well in hospitality and as you will read below what happens.. The AC at the apartments are poor. We stayed at more than one apartment and both have the same problem. There is no display to show the room temperature and no ability to set the AC temp and this is a big deal breaker. It gets hot and one has to open the windows. We tried to reach out for support but there is no one on site and the only support is on phone or whatsapp (message only) which wasn't really helpful. They offered us another apartment later in the day however it has the same problem. Despite several messages on Whatsapp not even a call to offer support. I hence do not recommend this place. Next is the absence of any support in person should you have any problem. On the day or our arrival we had requested early checkin which understandably is never guaranteed. The app showed our apartment was vacated at 11 and cleaning began around 12ish so we expected the apartment to be available around 116pm which as per the limehome website can be requested. We waited outside the building until 2pm but no update. We finally managed to get access requesting a neighbour and upon getting the apartment realised the cleaning has not even began. I looked for the cleaner in the building and requested to prioritize which meant we only got the apartment at 315pm. All of this stress with no one on the phone or site to support on the first day of your holiday is totally avoidable if they have a site manager to support guests.
