The structure is fine and the villa is just in front of the sea. The garden is also really nice.
The house and garden were not properly cleaned. All the bathrooms were in really bad shape and all the house is in need of basic maintenance. The duvets we found in the closets were dirty and our stay was in October, so sleeping with no blankets was not an option. Water pressure was horrible and we had no hot water for 2 out of 3 days, which was unacceptable. We had to undo the beds ourselves and put everything in the laundry as instructed by the house manager. We had to take care of the garbage ourselves as well. Last but not least, despite the initial indication on Booking it was not possible to pay for the house with credit card, only with cash or via bank transfer.
