Maris Apartment by Tenuta Pinto

Beautiful location with a stunning sea view. The apartment has several balconies, including one from the kitchen overlooking the Adriatic - absolutely lovely. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment. Chiara was responsive when we reported the shower issue and sent her husband the next day to fix it.

The shower was broken on arrival - the handheld shower head kept falling out of the wall holder and the switch between the rain shower and handheld wouldn't hold, constantly switching back on its own. It was essentially unusable. We reported it on Saturday at 9 PM. Chiara initially said her husband would come at 9:30 AM on Sunday. Then on Sunday morning she messaged to push it to 10:00. Then again asked for another 10-15 minutes. He finally arrived around 10:15 - 45 minutes later than originally agreed. He did fix it, but the repeated delays were frustrating. The kettle has no lid - a small thing, but I noticed it has been mentioned in multiple previous reviews and still hasn't been replaced, which suggests guest feedback isn't being acted on. There is no wardrobe, dresser or drawers for clothes - just a recessed area with hangers, which is inconvenient for a multi-night stay.

I loved everything about it, location, clean, views

Nothing to complain about

Piękny widok, rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Apartament bardzo czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony.
