Lovely bright tastefully decorated and spacious small villa with everything you could need for cooking, washing, laundry, (including outdoor clothes line) and relaxing in a private garden. Close to shops, central to Christchurch. A place I could live in!

Beautiful house. Within about 20 minutes walking to downtown. Incredibly comfortable beds. Took a little figuring out how to use the electric heater in the tv room ( inexperience on my part). Dishwasher and washing machine worked as hoped for. Would definitely recommend it and would personally stay there again.
No coffee maker - just instant coffee could be made.

The location is excellent, and the accommodation is very relaxed and comfortable.
The house needs a few minor repairs (Door to bathroom needs adjustment and curtain in bedroom needs fixing) and these weren't an issue for us, however, wanted to let the owner know.

Very cute place in a good location. Comfy bed. Lots of space & lovely little backyard.
Several small things could be updated.
