Getting Around:
This property is situated in a residential area around 5-10 minutes drive into the City centre. There are buses available within a few minutes walk. Ubers and hire scooters are also easily accessible.
Other Things to Note:
For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.

The house was great and pretty much perfect for our needs.
Just a couple of things - the wifi was quite weak so tricky if you are hoping to work there. Also, the description said there was a dryer but there isn’t.
Neither caused us too many issues and we will definitely be back. They were also really helpful and great to communicate with. Thank you!

We definitely recommend this property. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Bed was comfortable, linens were high end. Twenty-five minute walk to the center of Christchurch where you can enjoy the riverside market, walk along the Avon river or treat yourself to many of the restaurants in the terrace.

This is a very comfortable house, a large lounge kitchen area with everything that opens and shuts, no clothes drier, but has an outdoor line and a very good clothes airer if outside is not an option, the entire house has sunscreen only blinds that can be seen through at night when lights are on, both bedrooms only have sunscreen blinds too, they need drapes to block the light out, street light shines in.
