The location, easy Uber pick up/ drop off. Nearest Pak n Save is only 10mins by car. Good wifi connection, smart tv, got washer and dryer.
No lock for the bedroom's door but its super minor issue only.

Very well appointed, blissfully comfortably furnished, near new property with easy ground level access right at the road side and has the huge bonus of a double garage, all within a short commute to the city centre.
Only one very pedantic point only comes to mind - could do with wine glasses. And that's all I could suggest as a dislike
