La posizione fantastica. Il parcheggio e il giardino.

L’appartamento è carino, un po’ vecchio negli arredi. Bagno piccolo e da rifare.

I would like to start my review with a clarification: this is not a full-house rental. The rented area is on the ground floor and, yes, the owners live there. They are very nice people who completely respect your privacy. The rental is managed through an agency (FLH). Christos and Antonis are great guys who welcome you upon arrival and give you great tips about the area. Make sure to talk to one of them before finalizing your plans. Once that is clarified, let’s look at what makes this a great experience. The location is a dream. It is close to the small Karidi Beach, which has incredibly clear water and plenty of fish, especially near the rocks. It is also not very crowded compared to the main Karidi Beach nearby. Another bonus is that Melia restaurant—one of my top 3 restaurants in Sithonia and number one in Vourvourou—is right nearby! It is a very quiet place where you can truly relax and recharge. You can use the terrace and the barbecue area, and there is a shaded parking lot in the yard. Inside the apartment, you have two air conditioning units to cool down the space. From this location, you are also less than an hour's drive from any beach in Sithonia.

As for things that could be improved: the furniture and kitchen appliances are a bit outdated. The second bedroom is very small.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach, surrounded by nature, and very peaceful. The garden area is wonderful for relaxing. Christos was an amazing host, he welcomed us warmly, made the check-in and key handover super easy, and was always available when we had questions. We truly felt at home from the first moment.

Nothing at all, everything was just perfect!

Maison mal équipée pas de micro onde, pas de vaisselle complète ( les enfants ne pouvaient pas prendre leur bol de céréales vu qu’il n’y a pas de bols) Propriétaire réside dans la même bâtisse, chose qui n’a pas été mentionnée dans l’annonce La maison décrite dans l’annonce n’est que le RDC de la bâtisse Le jour de notre départ, un jardinier s’est pointé le matin et a commencé à entretenir le jardin alors que nous sommes entrain de se préparer pour partir et surtout qu'il a tendu l’herbe avec une tendeuse bruyante à un mètre de ma femme alors que nous lui avons demandé d’arrêter Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez vous Et le plus gros point négatif est la présence de moustique jour et nuit ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin et de la terrasse
