Perfect place to stay on the sea side with a small kid (2 years old)

Excellent location, 2 big terraces: one with a sea view, one to back yard. Perfect for kids to play in the sand and for swimming. The owner was very nice and helpful.

It was a lot of mosquitos in the apartment, would be great to have some mosquito repellent.

Perfect beachside holiday – can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Zinozis Beach Apartments in June 2025 and had an absolutely perfect holiday. We were lucky to stay in one of the two apartments located right on the beach – fully equipped, spotlessly clean, with a great shower and even our own sunbeds just steps from the sea. The entire property sits right on the beachfront in a peaceful, quiet part of Vourvourou, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. There’s plenty of parking space, and the on-site bar and restaurant are a real bonus – offering delicious food and refreshing drinks in a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Christos, the owner, who made us feel truly at home. Everything exceeded our expectations – from the location and comfort to the hospitality and dining. We are already looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Relaxing vacation with kids

It is a very chill and nice place with private beach and wonderful green garden. There is a bar where you can have drinks and food. The owner is a great guy and was very helpful with everything.

Wonderful location!

The location was wonderful. The outdoor space was perfect with beach loungers and umbrellas. They have tables and chairs set up beach side for a relaxing meal. The owners were great.

The shower was very small and the shower curtain made it even smaller. The kitchen was missing a few essential items like a dish towel and hot pad to get hot food out of the oven.

Near the beach and the seaside, wonderful view, the location was clean and cozy. Quite place, great for families with kids or for a chill vacation. The stuff was polite and kind.

Some difficulties with hot water: was either too hot or too cold, it fluctuates.

Relaxation for all your senses

Very beautiful and boutique apartment complex - nice and stylish rooms' interior, stunning views both to blue sea and green areas of the complex. This part of Vourvourou is quiet and really relaxing. The most popular Sithonia Blue flag beaches are just around 10 min with car. If you would like to spend really refreshing summer holiday - this is the place! You can decide to have great meal or frape with ice cream at the bar, sunbath on the sunbeds or just read book on the balcony - it's all up to you! Relaxing quiet days and nights are guaranteed. Heartily Thank you to Christos and his colleagues for creating this Vanilla vibe inspiring place and your wonderful attitude to your guests. I hope to see you soon again!

Quiet and nicely located BUT no needs improvements

Our room was very quiet and had a nice side view of the sea. The location is amazing; it's almost on the beach. The beach bar was nice, the umbrellas and sunbeds were free of charge for those staying in the apartments and the breakfast that they serve was decent.

The room was not spotlessly clean upon arrival and was not cleaned the whole time we stayed (7 nights). Upon request (otherwise they don't do it) the trash was taken out and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The bathroom had a bad smell of smoke. Due to the amount of parked boats, the sea is not particularly nice and clean.

the location is great. quiet and peaceful place, perfect for rest. we love the view from our room. we spent a lot of time on the terrace admiring the view. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The beach bar was good .

the beach was a slight disappointment - nothing special. for six days the room was not cleaned even once. they came to change the sheets and towels the day before we left. the mosquito net on the terrace was missing. there was no dishwasher in the kitchen and no microwave.

The apartment was with a sea view right on the private beach, that was the best part! It was very clean and it was a nicely designed room not typical room in Greece. Another thing the private beach from Zionist is very small but very private and intimate. The location is excellent is very close by driving to the other beautiful beaches. Also compliments to the owner and the stuff :) everything was nice and clean.

Superb

Great complex, great restoran, great staff, organised and clean beach. Very peaceful place. There is a possibility to make a reservation for renting a boat few days earlier, contact them by messages.

We asked for earlier check-in than regular with earlier check-out, but that was not possible because it was weekend, and a lot of us waited for rooms. We entered in our room in 15:30h (instead of 14h when the regular check-in should be). That made all of us a bit nervous, it was very hot and that ruined that first impression.

Good

The complex was close to the beach and the room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the porch an the environment in the complex.

The room was in the subterranean, so the bedrooms had almost no daylight. We really didn’t like the restaurant in the complex- there was barely any Greek food in the menu and if you think of drinking their coffee- just don’t.

The location is great, just 10m away from the beach! There is an excellent beach bar with a variety of food and beverages! Also, the beach is very nice and well-equipped! The entire house and yard are very nice. The place is very quiet and it is very good for people with small children, and basically anyone who wants to have a real vacation!

I really expected that we will get our room cleaned every 3 days (as it was said on the booking profile). So in a total of 8 days, we should have got at least 2 times of clean sheets and room cleaning. But in reality, we just got 1 visit from the cleaning service and just got 1 sheet change.

A perfect place for holidays with kids

Very nice apartment komplexe. Nice terrace with a swing. Very close to the beach equipment with umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is a nice beach bar with food, drinks and ice cream. The apartment was clean and everything was well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. At the end they allowed us to check out later and spend a day at the beach. I was travelling with my toddler and my friend. Everything was kid friendly. Beach is just perfect for kids and it was about 30 m from the apartment.

Kitchen didn’t have much kitchen utilities. I disliked electric stove in the apartment. We used a shared kitchen outside to cook dinner a few times.
