The white holiday house - Aspro Spiti is located on the Lagonissi hill bathed by the sea in the idyllic green and quiet countryside of the peninsula Sithonia. The duplex with its two apartments (each has a separate entry) has an impressive location with a fantastic view of the sea and has direct access to the bay via staircase. The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a lawn and several Mediterranean plants and shady trees on the gently sloping hillside. A BBQ is available in the garden for the shared use of both apartments.
The apartment on the upper floor can be accessed via external staircase. Centerpiece of the apartment is the covered patio with a fantastic view of the sea and the Ormos Panaghias Bay. The well-kept upper floor flat is rustically furnished and offers the right setting for a quiet, informal family holiday close to the sea. The rooms in the flat are spread over two levels. The kitchen, both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the main floor. The living room is 3 steps lower and has direct access to the front, covered terrace of the flat with magnificent sea views.
A small holiday home, which is occupied by the landlords, stands on the edge of the approx. 8000 square meter property.
In case of a family, the occupancy of 5 persons (2 adults and 3 children) is possible.

The flat is quite nice, it is located on the second floor of the house and the view from the terrace is magnificent. You have pretty much everything you need for a nice stay. The location is quite secluded, so a car is a would be a great plus.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und hatten die Strände für uns alleine. Wäre zur selben Zeit die untere Wohnung vermietet, hätten wir dies als störend empfunden. Der Blick von der Terasse ist sensationell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Chalkidiki mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Nach einer Woche wurde sauber gemacht und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub.

Leider war die Wohnung Aspro Spiti 2 nicht sauber - allenfalls besenrein. Staub, Spinnweben, tote Fliegen. Im Waschbecken und in der Toilette haben wir selbst die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter entfernt. Die Schränke haben wir aufgrund des Drecks und der toten Fliegen gar nicht erst benutzt. Von der Ansprechpartnerin oder Vermieterin wurden wir nicht empfangen. "Der Schlüssel steckt und bei Fragen einfach melden", sagte man uns kurz vor der Ankunft am Telefon. Eigentlich sind Griechen sehr gastfreundlich und die Wohnungen sauber! Beides war hier nicht der Fall. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, so dass man aus der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss wirklich alles hören kann.
Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Wer es mit Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht ganz so genau nimmt und nicht besonders geräuschempfindlich ist, wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen.
