About this apartment rental
Surrounded by a pine forest, the small property Philippos with its three apartments is idyllically and quietly located on a large, natural plot with olive and orange trees on a gentle hillside above the Fteroti Bay. From the terrace and the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea as well as the nearby islands of Amouliani and Diaporos.
On the ground floor of the house, there are two adjacent apartments, Philippos 1 and 2, each with its own separate side entrance. The upper floor apartment is used separately.
The modern and friendly furnished apartment Philippos 1, renovated in 2020, offers direct access from the living room to the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the living/dining area and overlooks the garden. The bedroom and bathroom are connected to this space. It is an ideal accommodation for families who appreciate peace, nature, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The beautiful beaches of the surrounding bays are not far away; the nearest bathing bay is approximately 700 metres away.

We were looking for a peaceful location near the sea and that's exactly what we found. The house is not beachfront, but the beach is private and in most cases you and couple of locals that have houses on the beachfront will be there. The see is calm and clear and you'll have lots of fun with your kids. You can go kayaking to the nearby island and to some smaller beaches on the coast. The apartment is cute and really well equipped so you can stay for longer period. Be prepared for lots of mosquitos as the region is known for this :)

The holiday home is in an excellent location but access is very poor as the macadam road is not maintained-large stone and bushes along the road.
