Location and the space. The breakfasts were amazing and there was a lot leftover for the week that we had left them there. They asked about what time we would want our breakfast and they were there in time every time. House was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The upstairs shower hose was not long for a person to stand. The downstairs bathroom the glass door was coming off track but was easily fixable and I was a little small but ok for 2 people but it was great to have a bathroom upstairs with 2 teenage girls getting ready.

Only as a suggestion for the owner, to think about rebuilding the toilet downstairs (put a shower at the end and toilet besides the tap) because it is very narrow.
