This place had lied in its advertisement saying it had 3 beds in one room and 1 in other room. There was only 2 beds in the room that they said there was 3. They also changed the add after we mentioned stating there is a blow up queen mattress and a rollout bed. 1. I would have not rented this place if the vrbo add stayed blow up mattress or rollout bed. 2. There it barely any space for what they had I love to see a picture with the blow up mattress and rollout bed. There were many signs around the house saying don’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. If anyone asks your guest of the host… kind of fishy. Why should I have to be worried if anyone shows up and let them know I’m guest of the host.. Massive amounts of garbage in the backyard basically unable to use or even safe for my family to be back there. Dirty underwear on the door handle which my husband touched and dropped right away. I’m assuming they didn’t even clean the place after someone used it or just walked in and made the beds… Open Covid test under the sink in the bathroom. We asked to cancel because the issues where just building since we arrived and host said they were in the the hospital and refused to help cancel and no refund.

A nice small bungalow. We were there on June 22-24, 2024. 7 people, everyone was satisfied. About a 50-minute walk to Niagara Falls View. The bungalow was quite clean. If I had to complain about something, the fridge should not contain expired ketchup or mustard with an expiration date of September 2023. The second thing that surprised me was only one roll of toilet paper for 7 people for three days. To sum up, a perfect place to stop while visiting Niagara Falls. I recommend it. If I were to rate it on a scale of 1 to 5, I would say 5 with a slight minus.

Overall the place is ok, clean looks small from the outside, but very spacious inside. Will recommend.
