First: describing this place as a "house" felt a little deceptive to us.This unit is the first floor of a large house, not a freestanding house - finding strict quiet hours on a "house" listing was a surprise.Pros:- Very affordable!- Quiet neighborhood- Lots of beds for a large party- Waterfall showers!- Convenient selection of dishes and utensilsCons:- Quiet hours starting at 10- Not enough furniture for a large group to hang out- Thin walls between many bedrooms- No temperature control?- Largest bedroom only accessible by passing through shared entryway, no lock to prevent upstairs tenants from entering unit.- Shower caddy awkwardly placed - limits range of motion for your armsOverall, we had a good experience, and would recommend this place to a budget conscious traveler.
