The place is absolutely stunning with everything you need to comfortably enjoy the time indoors with friends super clean everything is laid out with proper instructions so big ups to Phi for making my stay wonderful

The host was very responsive and helpful. We requested an extra day a week prior to our travel dates and the host was able to accommodate. The location was about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver with traffic. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the only drawback about the location was having to drive through the bad part of town with lots of homeless on E. Hastings. The house was just like the photos, very modern and clean. The Pack and Play mattress was broken.

Host was very easy to deal with and excellent communication! House was new and very clean. Washer/dryer combo a little confusing, but manual that was left helped. Only comment I would make is there were 8 of us and downstairs pullout bed was difficult to sleep on. Accomidations better suited for 6 people with the 3 upstairs bedrooms.Thank you Phi!
