Welcome to the best part of Fresno! In the heart of the beautiful Fresno High District, this charming home offers an excellent option for the extended stay traveling professional or a family. It is situated on a quiet, tree lined street with a calm, relaxed feel.
The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly with many cultural hotspots nearby. Within walking distance is Gazebo Gardens for their music events and beer garden, Ampersand ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, antique stores, and art galleries. The Tower District, with it’s theater district, music clubs, shopping and diverse dining is close by.
This home has been well maintained and cared for with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, original tile and built-ins, coved ceilings and other period appointments, The pristine kitchen integrates some new and old features. It is fully stocked with all the cookware and small appliances you will need.
The living room is an excellent place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It is equipped with a 42" Smart TV and HIGH speed internet which allows you to stream cable TV and your favorite apps.
The bedrooms all have NEW comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home is set up to create the feeling that it is your home away from home, as opposed to you trying to fit into staying into someone else's home.
The house has a spacious open backyard with a patio and connects directly to the garage. The backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun and to let the kids (or adults) run around in the grass.
There are 2 available garage parking spots that allow your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather. Additionally, there are two more spots in the driveway. There is also ample street parking. There is a washer and dryer available for your use that can be found adjacent to the guest bedrooms.
*Please note that this home has multiple stairs and is updated but an older build home. If you have any mobility restrictions then this home is not a good option.
