Welcome to a beloved Destin vacation destination! This cheerful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo at Silver Dunes in Destin, FL, is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.
Step inside and feel at home in the cozy living area, complete with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom is a haven for kids and the young at heart with its two triple bunk beds. Everyone will love the convenience of the in-suite washer and dryer and the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals or snacks during your days at the beach.
The highlight? A private balcony overlooking the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the lush, manicured lawn with sun loungers, and the seasonally heated community pool. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the view is simply stunning.
*This condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.

-An expansive private beach area with seasonally provided beach service, so you can relax in style.
-On-site ice and soda machines, perfect for hot beach days.
-Summer activities on the lawn at sunset...Monday movie night, Wednesday night smores night

One of the best features is this condo is one of the closest to the beach—just a minute’s walk to have your toes in the sugar-white sand!
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Absolutely loved this place. Was clean and had no issues checking in. Very easy to access and all information was clear and precise about the property/amenities. The pool area was so nice (and heated!), and the beach was so close! Loved the view of the beach from this room also. Will definitely be staying here again! (Also, the owners were very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to my questions!)

I found some mold im.Im.nit sure if thats normal, I've never experienced that in FL before and tge condo seemed a little outdated fir the price. Also the guys that det up the chairs on the
$$$$
