Come and stay in this magnificent house, which can accommodate up to eight people, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Take advantage of its proximity to the first beach, located just 250 metres away, for your morning walks with your feet in the sand or to cool off in the afternoon. The Port de l'Herbaudière is also just a few steps away. A large garden behind the house with a barbecue awaits you to share convivial meals in the open air.

On the ground floor, you will discover a central room comprising a lounge with sofa and television, as well as a dining room with fireplace (non-functional). The kitchen, fully equipped, has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. A first bedroom is accessible, fitted with a double bed (160x190), as well as a bathroom and separate WC. You will also find a bedroom with two bunk beds (90/190) and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, the last bedroom, a master suite, has a double bed (140x190) and an ensuite bathroom.
For your comfort, a cot, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal, as well as a parking space located in front of the house.
