Just 1.5 km from the town center and set at 260 m elevation, the property features a balcony, outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, and a playground on a spacious 1500 m² plot.
Ideal for hikers and mountain bikers, the region offers trails past historic mills, farmhouses, and cultural landscapes. The lessor, an avid biker, is happy to share local tips. The highest peak in the municipality (750 m) is just 8 km away. Recreational options include miniature golf, water treading basins, tennis, and seasonal events.
Recommended excursions: Europa-Park Rust (25 km), Kaiserstuhl (54 km), Triberg Waterfalls (50 km), Feldberg (94 km), Titisee (80 km), Schluchsee (100 km), Baden-Baden (80 km), and Furtwangen (65 km).
