This cozy, newly renovated maisonette apartment is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone in the beautiful Zähringer town of Villingen. The building was completely renovated in 2023 and brought up to the latest technical standards. It features LAN and Wi-Fi with a broadband connection, as well as TV and radio connections.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a historic, protected building and features a large rooftop terrace on the upper floor, which is completely shielded from the street by its inner-courtyard location.
The apartment has one large and one small bathroom, as well as three bedrooms. It also features a large kitchen-dining area with a separate storage closet. Enjoy the view of the exposed roof trusses above the gallery directly from the dining table. The apartment is fully equipped with hardwood floors.
The building is just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, which serves the Black Forest Railway line from Konstanz to Karlsruhe. Freiburg is also directly accessible by train, allowing you to explore both the Black Forest and Lake Constance in the surrounding area.
The parking garage is a 5–10-minute walk away and offers ample space at a very affordable daily rate of 12 euros.

Overall, a great stay! The only downside was that there’s no closer/cheaper parking, as it was quite expensive.And that Villingen-Schwenningen doesn’t participate in the Konus Card. But the stay itself was absolutely worth it!
