Sehr gute Lage, top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt eine echte Empfehlung - man kann die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut als Ausgangsbasis für einen Schwarzwaldurlaub nehmen.

Die Dusche hatte ein Dichtigkeits- und Abflussproblem. Das hat nicht ernsthaft gestört, sollte aber doch bald behoben werden.

Our stay in Schwenningen was excellent. The apartment is a modern, newly built 1-bedroom ground-floor flat that was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It offers easy access and is only a 5–10 minute walk from the city center. Katharina is a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and very thoughtful. She really paid attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Even better, the furnishings and appliances were all of very high quality, giving the place a premium feel. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Katharina's accommodation to anyone visiting the area. We would be happy to stay here again.

Maybe a small positive feedback could be to add some transparent curtains to the living room, to be able to enjoy daylight during the day, without compromising privacy.
