Lage: perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah, man ist sehr schnell überall mit Auto. Kellerwohnung war perfekt bei sehr heißen Temperaturen. Super Schnitt der Whg. bei 1 Erw. + 1 Teenager, jeder hat sein eigenes Reich inkl. WC, WaBe, Dusche Super netter Empfang und überhaupt: tolle Kommunikation
Ich persönlich mag keine Duftstecker (Allergie), aber diese kann man rausziehen. Fliegengitter und Sichtschutz an den Fenstern wären toll (Rollos o.Ä.)
