18th century stable in the grounds of a beautiful family home, set in the heart of a magnificent 30-hectare estate.
Very quiet, many walks and excursions possible in a magnificent forest, with bridle paths.
Numerous activities (canoeing, tree climbing, golf, horse riding, lake for swimming, cinema, bowling, etc.) or cultural sites (Château du Champs de bataille, Bizy, Musée de Giverny/Monnet, Château d'Acquigny, Château Gaillard, Paris 1h, Deauville 1h, Rouen 40mn).
130m2 flat, occupying the left-hand side of the château's former stables, with private entrance and garden and the possibility of walks in the estate's forest:
