Minety Lake 64 is a a brand new property boasting 6 bedrooms and an impressive games room! An ideal property for larger families getting together.
New to our portfolio for 2025, Minety Lake 64 is a stunning 6-bedroom property offering an abundance of space, making it the ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends. With generous living areas and modern amenities, this spacious home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings and relaxation. Whether you're hosting a family reunion or a getaway with friends, Minety Lake 64 promises a comfortable and memorable stay.
The property boasts direct lake access from a well-equipped decked area, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, guests can enjoy endless fun in the games room, featuring a pool table and dartboard.
Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Minety Lake 64 prior to booking. Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.
No stag or hen parties are allowed at Lower Mill Estate.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is a strict 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
Habitat Escapes does not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
