The fenced pool area gets plenty of sunshine and offers lounge chairs and Adirondack seating around the private saltwater pool. Various pool toys and floats are available for guest enjoyment.
The nearby tiki bar features a TV, refrigerator, and barstool seating, with the gas grill conveniently located in the same outdoor gathering area.
DECKS + CROW'S NEST
Multiple outdoor spaces give your group plenty of opportunities to enjoy the coastal air. Both mid-level bedrooms open directly onto the rear deck, while the mid-level front and rear decks can also be accessed from the entry and stair area.
Both top-level bedrooms open onto the rear balcony. From there, stairs lead to the crow's nest, where you'll find elevated views across the ocean and Ocean Isle Beach.
KITCHEN + LIVING
The mid-level kitchen, dining area, and main living room share an open layout designed for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and counter-style breakfast bar.
Games, DVDs, and books are also available for downtime between the beach and pool.

Beach access is approximately 0.1 mile away, or about a 2-minute walk. At least 6 beach chairs are provided for guest use.

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.
This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property. Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available for a minimum of 3 nights and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and is affected by weather and environmental conditions. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early termination of service, or unused heating days.
Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information about optional pool heating.
GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
ELEVATOR

Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles.
SAFETY
Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.

We had a wonderful vacation! The property was very clean, convenient and the outside pool area was perfect. We also enjoyed the screened in porch area for late night family time! Also want to acknowledge the timely service we received with a dryer issue- resolved immediately! Highly recommend this property!
