About this house rental
Saved by the Sea at Ocean Isle Beach is a brand new construction home with incredible ocean views from 4 full length decks off both levels, front and back of the house. It is 5 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms, private pool, with ample seating inside and out on all of the decks. The beach access is just steps away, while all that Ocean Isle has to offer near the center is a short walk or golf cart ride! The island features a great coffee shop, putt-putt, Homemade Ice Cream, splash pad, playground, open grass area with huge stage with weekly concerts, and many nice retail shops!
Each bedroom has it’s own attached full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom right off of the living room. The huge back decks overlook the amazing private pool and have incredible ocean views! The home sleeps 14 comfortably with two master suites (King bed in each), a queen bedroom, 2 double beds, and 4 bunk beds. Every detail in the house was carefully picked during building. The house has coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, large refrigerator, and all the kitchen supplies you could ever need!
The house has bar seating along with a enormous dining table for all the guests. The living room has ample seating with a 65” flat screen tv. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv as well. The whole house is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi. The house is located 6 houses from the beach access!

• Parking for 5+ depending on the size
• Private pool with chaise lounge chairs, picnic table and chairs
• Gas grill
• Enclosed outside shower
• Electrical outlet
First Floor:
• Front Queen bedroom with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, full on suite bathroom with stand up shower
• Back King bedroom with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, full on suite bathroom with stand up shower
• Back 2 double bed room with flat screen TV ceiling fan, closet, full on suite bathroom with shower
• Front 2 twin bunk bed room (4 total twin beds), ceiling fan, closet, full on suite bathroom with tub/shower
• Back deck full length of house with seating with view of the private pool and Ocean
• Front deck full length of house with seating with views of the waterway
Second Floor:
• Kitchen with oven, oversized french door refrigerator, microwave, and standard drip coffee pot
• Living room with flat screen TV, huge sectional couch and coffee table
• Powder room bathroom with toilet and sink off of the living room
• Front King bedroom with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, full bath with stand up shower and double sink
• Back deck full length of house with dining table, chairs and rocking chairs with views of Ocean and the private pool
• Front deck full length of house with rocking chairs with views of the waterway
The house has a pack n play crib as well!
Linens and towels can easily be rented along with a golf cart to stroll around the island!
(A minimum age of 25 is mandatory and needs to be verified)
Note that we rent only Saturday-to-Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The property was very well kept and clean and our interactions with the property manager were prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our annual getaway with friends and family and were appreciative of having a wonderful property to lay our heads and make life long memories!

The house was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and exactly what we wanted! Taylor was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions. We’ll definitely be renting again!

We had an excellent week at OIB with family. The house was perfect! Easy access to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool! The host was easy to communicate with when we had questions. We will definitely look into renting this property again on our next beach vacation.

House was new and beautiful. Make sure to bring ALL linens including bath mats and dish towels. Some larger Tupperware would be helpful.
