About this house rental
Bright, airy beach house just minutes from Ponquogue beach and centrally located to all the Hamptons has to offer. Only 1.5 hours from Manhattan, this is your ideal sandy beach retreat. Spend the day at some of Long Island’s most beautiful secluded beaches, rinse off in our brand-new outdoor shower, and enjoy evenings with friends around the fire pit under the stars. Perfect for families, the home comfortably sleeps 8 with an upstairs office for a work from home set-up.
The space
Our beach home has 3 bedrooms and lofted office space that comfortably sleep eight guests. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a guest room with a full size bed, a guest room with a queen size bed, and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom contains a full shower/full bathtub combo, while the other has a shower.
The upstairs loft space contains 2 adjustable standing desks, fully equipped with monitors for an ideal work-from-home set up.
The open kitchen has a lovely breakfast counter, with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and TV. The dining room comfortably seats six and can squeeze more. In the adjacent living room, there is a large screen television with internet TV. Set up for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
And in the backyard, there is an outdoor shower, grill, outdoor dining area, extra-large umbrella to protect you from the sun and a fire pit.
The house is equipped with high-quality cooking tools, dinner service for 8+, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit. Plus we have 6 beach chairs, boogie board, coolers and board games.
The linen closet is stocked with linens for all rooms, and pillows and duvets are down or down-alternative filled. 100% cotton towels and beach towels are also provided. High-speed wireless internet. Central air conditioning and heating. Full-size washer and dryer in the basement. Simplisafe security system.
Crib and kids toys available upon request.

Clean, cozy, and great for my family with young kids. The backyard is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need, and many things in the house were all there like ziplock bags and trash bags and soap, spices, etc. The host responded to messages within minutes and even let us use some kid toys in their basement. We would recommend this place and will stay again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Had an awesome stay. The house was centrally located and really great layout for hosting family and friends in town. Bathrooms were new and clean. Will be booking again for any future trips.

Beautiful home, immaculately clean. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to be comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by all the supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for use. Also lovely backyard/ patio with fire pit great for unwinding at night and making s’mores. Host was also very communicative and flexible. Highly recommend.
