A great entertaining house to settle into with family and friends - its private, safe & equipped with many kid essentials you need including a pack n play, high chair, stroller & finished basement / playroom with toys and books.
The property is private and safe as its set back from the road, isolated from neighbors and noise. It sits on an acre of land, surrounded by woods wrapping from the front yard towards the back behind the pool.
Outdoor gear includes: kid and adult bikes, a blow-up kayak, kid paddle boards, a surf board, sand toys, beach chairs, boules, tennis rackets, soccer balls and nets and other outdoor sports gear. The yard back onto the schoolyard with quick access to the playground & sport fields and tennis courts.
The house was designed by a modern architect, gaining influence from the 'bohemian Hamptons' scene. Its rounded corners, flat roof and large windows make for a unique environment and living space, and the multiple windows, and skylight allow for natural sunlight to flood into the home. Its bright and warm, even during the off-season!

We stayed during off season but would love to come back to enjoy the outdoors. This place was very family friendly and we loved there was a place for our girls to play in the basement! All being on one level was great for our toddler!

Amazing property for family’s looking for somewhere convenient and spacious to stay in the area. Host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions. Yard space and pool were great for kids of all ages.

We stayed in August with family (siblings, grandparents, kids). The beds are comfortable. The home is spacious with a nice layout with space for all--bright with lots of light. Quiet. Pool and yard are fantastic. The location is great--close to grocery stores and about 1 mile drive to the beach/ocean. We had a wonderful stay.

This is our first experience with VRBO. House is clean, comfortable and bright. Kitchen is dated, but fully stocked, and with a separate wet bar. The mattresses are great but tge couch could use to be cleaned. Although the house backs up to a school, the property is private, quiet and gorgeous covered in snow. The driveway is hard to find but we’ll worth it. The hosts were super easy to communicate with! Our only real complaint is that I stepped on lego in the living room. If you have ever stepped on a lego, you can sympathize. Haha We had a lovely quiet winter getaway and highly recommend.
