Built in 2024, this vacation home is located in the North Sea Resort Tossens—wonderfully quiet yet centrally located. The special highlight: the view of the idyllic Pütten, a unique natural and bird paradise right on your doorstep.
**Living & Relaxing**
In the open living area, you’ll find a comfortable couch, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart TV with ZuhauseTV. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and inviting—perfect for cooking together. Floor-to-ceiling windows open directly onto the terrace with a garden.
**Sleeping**
Upstairs, you’ll find two lovingly furnished bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. The second bedroom features two comfortable single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each) and is ideal for children, friends, or siblings. Both rooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds, ensuring you get a peaceful, restful night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom on the first floor offers pure relaxation:
