Spanning 73 m², your vacation home awaits you at the NordseeResort Tossens—in a quiet and sunny location next to the nature reserve, just a few minutes from the dike, the Wadden Sea, and the town center. The well-thought-out floor plan with flexible sleeping arrangements makes the house ideal for couples, families, or friends. Your dog is also welcome here. In the open living area, you’ll find large floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven is perfect for cooking together. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and garden—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or balmy summer evenings.
**Sleeping**
The upper floor features two bedrooms: One is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and has direct access to the rooftop terrace. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be arranged flexibly. Curtains in both rooms ensure a pleasant darkness and restful nights.
